Microhires LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as minushya, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy when you use minushya.com and its Personal OS services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, optional role, Personal OS setup answers, and support messages. We also keep records of purchases, entitlements, package versions, and downloads associated with your account.
How we use information
We use this information to create and deliver your Personal OS, manage your account and access, provide skill packages, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process account details, setup answers, purchase and access records, and support messages to perform our contract with you and take steps at your request before a purchase. Our legitimate interests support service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and product improvement, balanced against your rights. We retain necessary transaction records to comply with legal obligations. Where we request consent, including for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Service providers and other recipients
We share personal information as necessary with hosting, account access, email, analytics, and support service providers that help operate the service. We may also share necessary information with professional advisers, including legal and accounting advisers, and with authorities where required by law. Providers acting on our behalf may process information only for the agreed purposes and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Stripe and payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We share customer and order information, such as your email address, account reference, purchased products, and subscription details, with Stripe for product sales, subscription management, payments, fraud prevention, tax compliance, invoicing, and returns. Stripe collects and processes payment and billing information directly at checkout and acts as an independent data controller for its payment and compliance responsibilities, rather than solely as our processor. We receive transaction and subscription status information to manage your access; we do not receive your full card number or security code. Your Personal OS data
Your setup answers are used to configure your package. You decide what information to enter into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any connected service after download. Those services have their own privacy terms.
Cookies and account sessions
We use essential browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve an unfinished setup, and maintain service security. We do not describe these essential functions as advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We retain account details and setup answers while needed to provide your account and packages, support messages while needed to resolve requests, and purchase and download records while needed to manage access, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal retention requirements. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal retention requirements. Contact [email protected] to make a request. Where GDPR applies, we respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions, and you may complain to your data protection supervisory authority. You may manage or cancel a skills subscription through your account.
Children
minushya is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
