Microhires LLC
Terms & Conditions
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms govern your contract with Microhires LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as minushya, for use of the service. By using or continuing to use minushya, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
The service
minushya is provided by Microhires LLC and configures downloadable Personal OS instructions and offers packaged skills for supported AI products. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how and where to use them.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Pricing and access
The Personal OS build is offered for a $40 one-time charge. Individual skill packages are offered for $5 each as a one-time charge. The full skills library is offered for $19 per month. The OS plus two selected skills bundle is offered for a $49 one-time charge. Applicable charges are shown before accepting payment. Live checkout remains subject to Paddle approval; manually granted access does not represent a paid purchase.
Payments by Stripe
Orders and payments are processed by Stripe. For eligible purchases, Stripe also calculates, collects, files and remits applicable taxes, handles fraud protection, disputes and refunds, and issues receipts and invoices on our behalf. LINK.COM* minushya or a similar payment descriptor may appear on your card statement. Payment, billing, tax, subscription cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the checkout terms shown at payment, alongside these terms for your use of minushya.
Subscriptions
The skills library subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the subscription management link in your account before the next renewal to avoid a future charge. Cancellation ends future billing, with library access ending at the end of the paid period. Failed or paused renewals suspend library access until payment resumes. Individually purchased skills remain owned unless refunded or disputed; cancellation does not remove files already downloaded.
14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, including for a change of mind. Email [email protected] with your account email and purchase details and we will process the refund through our payment provider, Stripe. A full refund or chargeback removes access granted by the affected payment. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, gain unauthorized access, probe or scrape the service without permission, interfere with security, or distribute malware. Do not resell or publicly redistribute minushya packages unless we give written permission. Do not use the packages to generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to bypass AI safety measures.
AI products and connections
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other services are operated by third parties. minushya does not control their availability, outputs, policies, or changes. You must review actions before anything external or irreversible, including sending, deleting, booking, or paying.
Ownership and license
Microhires LLC and applicable licensors retain ownership of minushya, its software, documentation, branding, package system, and included materials. After purchase or valid access, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded materials for your own work, subject to these terms. You retain rights you hold in your inputs and grant us only the permission necessary to process them to provide the service. Rights in AI outputs are subject to applicable law and the relevant AI provider’s terms; we do not claim ownership of your outputs or guarantee they are unique or non-infringing.
AI responsibilities and rights complaints
You are responsible for your prompts, having the necessary rights to input content, verifying output accuracy, and how you use outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must not be relied on for regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. Rights holders may report infringement to [email protected] with details identifying the material and their rights. We may remove or restrict infringing or prohibited material, refuse or filter outputs generated through our service, and suspend accounts for repeated infringement or serious violations. We cannot moderate activity within independent third-party AI services.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microhires LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or a legal requirement. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will be the venue for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
